How to order
Our handmade frames are only available directly from the workshop. If you ring up the workshop, you actually speak to the person who builds your frame. Personal service doesn't get much better than that! As every frame is slightly different, this means the customer can personalise their frame to suit their exact needs. All of the options available on our frames are listed on the relevant frame page. Please ensure these are noted before phoning. Since every frame is 100% handmade, we ensure we build your frame exactly how you want it, even down to items such as cable stops and personalised serial numbers.
Alternatively, you can download an order form on the right and send it to the listed address.
Should you require any specification on your frame not on the order form please fill in the "Additional Info" box at the bottom. It is advised you contact us beforehand to ensure we are able to carry out your additional requests.
To order a set of forks either on their own or with a frame, space is included on the correct order form.
To order a Thumpercross frame - please call us and discuss your order to ensure we get the correct spring for your shock, in relation to your weight.
Ordering FAQ
- A deposit of £100, or payment in full is required with all frames ordered
- The average turn-around time for a frame is three to five weeks from the day you place your order to the day you receive it to your door.
- Please make cheques or postal orders payable to Curtis Bikes
- Postage on all frames is £15.00
