Thumpercross
Not many full suspension frames are handmade but this is an exception to the rule. Run off a Risse back end we have created the ultimate downhill and hucking machine.
Using the Fox DHX 5.0 rear shock to give 8" of rear travel with an eye to eye shock length of 240mm. A lightweight Ti spring is available to custom fit at the extra cost of £100.
The Risse back end is adjustable with two back end settings - 14.25 or 14.5" It is also available in either 10mm standard or 12mm bolt-through hub variations.
For 2007 we decided upon using a shorter, lighter weight head tube with open-ended top and down tube gussets - doing away with our trademark T45 head tube plates (Note: 2006 version pictured.) We have also slimmed down the top tube to give an all round lighter weight.
You can also choose the toptube length you require from 2 lengths to suit your size.
The Risse back end and all pivots/bolts are included with this frame, along with a Fox DHX 5.0 Shock with a standard spring (Ti spring +£100.)
The Thumpercross is built with strength in mind for the hardest downhill and hucking, being one of the only available hand made suspension frames.
