Curtis AM Explorer

27.5+, adventure ready!

The Curtis AM Explorer comes with a 73mm bottom bracket shell and a 148mm boost rear end, which gives the perfect 1×11 chain line whist keeping the chain well away from even the biggest tyres. We also offer a 150mm rear axle option, accompanied by an 83mm bottom bracket shell as shown here, also offering a perfect chain line for 1×11.

The chainstays have a huge gap between them, with ample clearance for 3″ tyres. Shown below is the beautifully machined Paragon yoke alongside the Reynolds 853 and Columbus tube set.

The AM Explorer shown here is a factory geometry model, built for a 120mm fork with a 66.5 headtube angle. Like all of our frames, the AM Explorer is also available with custom geometry to suit your needs so if you want to run a 140–150mm fork or tweak the headtube angle that’s not a problem.

Other options are standard or stealth dropper post routing, personalised frame number stamping, and even frame height and top tube length adjustment to the mm…
